KHC’s concern over flow of Hawala money in State

JAMMU, Apr 27: Kashmiri Hindu Conference (KHC) Executive which met here today under the chairmanship of ML Thusoo has demanded unmasking of the people involved the siphoning of hawala money in the State for Jehadi activities from gulf countries.
KHC while expressing grave concern over the flow of Hawala money in the State which is being used for radicalization of future generation of Kashmir said this illegal money is bound to fortify the structure of radicalization of youth of the Valley.
The meeting also expressed concern over the funding of study circles and other centers of radicalization. It while highlighting concern over the plight of displaced Pandits who were the indigenous people of Valley accused the Government of its failure to address the satellite township demand for the rehabilitation of the community in Valley and alleged that the State Government was trying to befool the Centre on the name of smart cities.
It said that displaced Pandits approached State and Central governments for rehabilitation at concentrated places Nava Srinagar in the light of interlocutors report submitted to UPA Government in 2014 but both governments are sleeping over the issue.
