Kheer Bhawani Trust asks Govt to facilitate yatra

JAMMU, May 22: Mata Ragnya Bagwati (Kheer Bhawani) Asthapan Trust Logripora, Pahalgam district Anantnag  in a meeting here today held under the chairmanship of its general secretary has urged the Government to make all arrangements at holy shrine of Mata Ragnya at Logripora Pahalgam for the coming Jeshta Ashtami festival falling on June 12.
The meeting was informed that the Trust has already approached the administration urging it to provide basic amenities like fabricated sheds, water proof tents and firewood items.
The Relief Organization was also appealed to provide to and fro transport facilities from Jammu to holy shrine and back as per the laid precedence. The Trust also decided to send advance party of pilgrims to holy shrine for arrangements there.
The meeting was informed that a hall has already been constructed at the holy shrine and it also made an appeal to general public to come forward in construction of dharmshalla at the shrine.
The meeting was attended by Manesh Bhat, Sudeshi Bhat, Shubanji Bhat, Kuljeet Koul, Raj Kumar Bhat, Sanjay Bhat and Sandesh Bhat.
