KHF for enactment of law on genocide of Pandits

JAMMU, Feb 25: Kashmir Hindu Foundation (KHF) a US based organisation of exiled Pandits through a resolution have demanded recognising of Kashmiri Pandit genocide and enactment of a law on genocide on the principle of non-refoulement as per draft bill of Panun Kashmir’s (PK) Genocide & Atrocities Prevention Bill 2020.
The resolution was passed in a special session held by KHF in California US. The resolution also demanded replacing the status of ‘migrants’ with ‘victims/
survivors of genocide’ for Kashmiri Pandits, relocation of Kashmiri Pandit employees from Kashmir to Jammu
immediately, safeguarding their right to life, until a comprehensive rehabilitation plan as per aspirations of the whole community are considered.
The resolution also demanded carving out a Union Territory in Kashmir to the East and North of river Jhelum in accordance to Margdarshan Resolution 1991 by Panun Kashmir to create a homeland for genocide victim/survivor Kashmiri Pandits which is an imperative necessity for creating a geo-political foothold for India in Kashmir to halt the access of spread of Jihad across the rest of India.
Present in the special session to adopt the resolution were Ankit Monga, Deepak Ganju, Rajeev Sumbly, Amrit Nehru, Kuldeed Trisal etc. This was stated in a handout issued by KHF here, today.
