JAMMU, Aug 11: Bishnah Police rescued a kidnapped girl and arrested the accused.
As per police sources, a complaint was lodged by a family with Police Station Bishnah stating that their daughter has been kidnapped by a person identified as Vishal, son of Ram Payara, a resident of Phinder, Tehsil Bishnah District Jammu.
Acting over the complaint, a case under relevant sections was registered at Bishnah Police Station and hunt was launched to rescue the kidnapped girl and arrest the accused.
On specific information, a team from Bishnah Police Station led by SHO Inspector Tahir Yousaf Khan under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Shabir Khan, SP Headquarters Jammu Adil Hamid and SSP Jammu Shridhar Patil conducted raid and rescued the kidnapped girl and arrested the abductor.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
