JAMMU, July 1: Arnia Police rescued a kidnapped minor girl and arrested the accused.
As per police sources, a complaint was lodged by a man with Police Station Arnia regarding missing of his minor daughter and accordingly a case FIR Number 46/2022 under section 363 IPC was registered and hunt was launched to recover the girl.
After hectic efforts, it came to fore that the girl has been kidnapped by a youth identified as Krishan Lal, son of Subash Chander of Chak Waziru Tehsil Bishnah District Jammu.
On getting the leads, a team from Police Station Arnia led by SHO Inspector Devinder Singh under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Surinder Singh conducted raid and rescued the kidnapped girl vis arrested the accused.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
