Kidnapped girl rescued from Alwar, accused arrested

JAMMU, July 1: RS Pura police rescued a kidnapped girl from Alwar, Rajasthan and arrested the accused.
As per police sources, a complaint was lodged by Om Parkash, son of Faquir Chand, a resident of Ward Number 12 with RS Pura Police Station stating that his daughter has been kidnapped by Arun Kumar, son of Ganesh Kumar, a resident of Ward Number 13 Arnia along with his associates.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 1/18 under Section 366 and 109 RPC was registered at Police Station RS Pura and hunt was launched to rescue the kidnapped girl and arrest the accused.
On specific information, a team from Police station RS Pura comprising SI Ved Parkash, SgCt Balbinder Kumar and Constable Rajesh Kumar conducted raid in Alwar Rajasthan and rescued the kidnapped girl. The kidnapped tried to escape from the spot, but cops nabbed him.
After completing legal formalities, the girl has been handed over to legal heirs.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
The rescue operation and arrest of the accused was carried out by police party under the supervision of SHO RS Pura Inspector Bishnesh Kumar, SDPO RS Pura Sourabh Prashar, SP Headquarters Romesh Kotwal and SSP Jammu Vivek Gupta.
