JAMMU, Apr 24: Miran Sahib Police rescued a kidnapped minor girl and arrested the accused.
As per police sources, a complaint was lodged by a lady with Police Station Miran Sahib stating that her minor girl has gone missing.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 39/2021 under Section 363 IPC was registered at Police Station Miran Sahib and investigation started.
During the course of investigation, a team from Police Station Miran Sahib led by SHO Inspector Sultan Mirza was constituted under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Shabir Khan.
The team connected various leads and after hectic efforts along with the support of technical assistance finally rescued the kidnapped minor girl and arrested the abductor, who was identified as Krishna Banjar, son of Sat Ram of Chhattisgarh, at present Raipur Satwari.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
