JAMMU, Sept 25: 3rd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu Haq Nawaz Zargar today convicted Rinku Kumar, son of Bushan Kumar of Bishnah, who was involved in kidnapping and rape case.
While convicting the accused, court observed, ” facts stand proved that the victim was kidnapped from her house and was raped by accused at two places”, adding “the prosecution has proved its case beyond reasonable doubts”.
