This has reference to the recent killing of three cops in the Kashmir valley. Their killing has sent shock waves throughout the State.
Although targetting our Security guards in the Valley has been widely condemened but militants try to achieve their nefarious designs by kidnapping the kith and kins of the security guards. Our security guards who are duty bound to maintain the security of life and property of the State need to be provided every kind of relief.
The proxy war waged against India by our neighbour since long has caused great loss of life and propery to the extent that lakhs of people who are aborginees have been forced to leave the valley of Kashmir.
The terrorists who get support from our neighbour have little regard for human values and are hell bent upon to terrorise people at the point of gun and go for abduction of innocent people that cannot be approved by any civilised society in the world. We have seen from the last thirty years only destruction that has blocked the development of the State and is a matter of concern for the people of the State. Our civil society has to visualise the whole ugly scenario that has gripped the vale. Terrorism has to be ended by now otherwise gun culture will engulf one and all in the State.
