Sir,
People cast their precious vote not only to fulfill their minimum living standard like food, shelter and cloth but also to develop their life standard which is possible only by making good roads, better management of electricity and by providing corruption free administration for them. Unfortunately, Kishtwar is a such type of region where the life standard of people is same as it was before 1947. Thousands of people in Kishtwar (particularly in Marwah, Dachan, Warwan and Paddar) are still without road and electricity which, clearly, shows not only the failure of the Govt but the condition of people before 1947.
I, therefore, request to the Chief Minister and to the concerned ministry that a special and a serious attention be paid to this region to alleviate the sufferings of people.
