Be it a small food cart or a lavish hotel, people love to explore and try something new. Through Kohinoor, I aim to bring a unique flavour and twist to our Indian food, without losing its essence. I intend to take Jammuities on a delicious trip where they can experience uniqueness, yet simplicity of food.”
Talking about his experience in the field, he further said, “I would stand by my mother’s side and look how simple ingredients, but some twists in flavours make something so delicious. That made me understand that simplicity and creativity can come together in a single plate and that can never go wrong. This is what we are bringing at “Kohinoor”. To take my passion for food a step forward, I enrolled myself into Bachelors degree in Catering Technology and Culinary Arts at Culinary Academy of India, Hyderabad where I was introduced to a variety of cuisines, Indian gastronomy, baking principles and patisserie, nutrition, Indian regional bulk cooking, International baking, European confectionery, etc. During the program, I got great opportunities to work and learn on the floor. I completed my industrial training at five-star hotel, Andaz (By Hyatt), New Delhi where I received appreciation letters from various Indian and international chefs for my work.”
Former MLC Vikram Randhawa while opening greets his warm wishes and blessing for the prosperity and growth of the new launch.
