Kohli attends international summit on Finance Leadership

JAMMU, Mar 28: Abdul Ghani Kohli, former Minister for Transport, Jammu and Kashmir, presided over the second session of 2016 International Summit on the theme ‘Finance Leadership: New Approaches to Sustainable Growth’ in New Delhi during his recent visit.
The international summit was organized by the Institute of Cost Accounting for Sustainability Project (A4S) and the Charted Institute of Management Accounts (CIMA) at the Lila Palace Hotel, Chankyapuri, New Delhi.
Suresh Prabhu, Union Minister of State (I/C) Railways presided over the first session, where renowned experts, foreign dignitaries and famous personalities also participated.
The summit was aimed at providing a networking platform to interact with international delegates as well as Board Members, CFO, Financial Controller, Senior Management, CMAs in industry and other professionals.
The second session was presided over by Abdul Ghani Kohli, who in his address, dwelt at length on the issue and impressed that such events shall be of great help for the concerned as by discussions and interactions new challenges and solutions emerge even at International level. Later, he invited that such programme be also started in J&K State.
Kohli also inaugurated two new streams of studies at Northern Institute of Engineering Technical campus at Alwar Rajasthan, where he participated as chief guest in a function organized by the promoters of the Institute.
During his stay at Delhi he also attended a programme organized by the Bhartiya Gujjar Kalyan Sabha at Gutorani and International Sufi Conference at New Delhi. The main role of organizing the Sufi Conference was to promote the International Brotherhood, unity among all religions and denouncement of terrorism.
