SRINAGAR: Minister for Animal, Sheep Husbandry and Fisheries Abdul Ghani Kohli today met Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh and discussed various issues, including problems faced by the people living in border areas in Jammu region.
An official spokesperson here this evening said that Mr Kohli met Mr Singh at New Delhi today and informed him that due to shelling in border areas, the education and road connectivity of these areas has been affected which needs to be addressed.
He apprised the Union Minister that special package should be given to the students of border areas of twin districts of Rajouri and Poonch. (AGENCIES)
