JAMMU, Oct 13: The Union Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) today approved the appointment of SSP Jammu Chandan Kohli, an IPS officer of 2013 batch of erstwhile Jammu and Kashmir (now AGMUT) cadre, as Deputy Secretary in the Senior Executive Cadre of the Cabinet Secretariat on deputation basis.
Kohli, son of the soil, who served as the SSP Jammu for two and a half years, will take up new assignment at the Centre on deputation basis. He will be in the rank of Deputy Secretary in the Senior Executive Cadre of Cabinet Secretariat.
He will be on deputation for a period of four years.
