JAMMU, Mar 24: The Union Territory of Ladakh administration has assigned Konchok Gyalson, Joint Director (E&S), the additional charge of overseeing the routine functions of the Directorate of Economics & Statistics (DES) and Human Resource Management (HRM) under the Planning Development & Monitoring Department (PD&MD).
