JAMMU, Jan 6: Yashwant Singh Darbar, national convener, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan and national vice president, BJP ST Morcha with the approval of BJP ST Morcha, national president Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, Ramvichar Netam has appointed Ravinder Kumar Kotwal of Bhaderwah as State convener of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan for J&K UT.
This was conveyed to Kotwal through a communiqué by Yashwant Singh today.
