JAMMU, Mar 16: The Government today ordered transfer of Inspector General of Registration, Jammu and Kashmir, Dr Pawan Kotwal.
His services have been placed at the disposal of the Union Territory of Ladakh for further posting.
An order to this effect was issued by the General Administration Department (GAD).
