JAMMU, Oct 9: A Seminar cum Awareness camp for blood donation was organized by voluntary group, KP Blood Bank incorporated with Government Medical College, (GMC) Jammu.
The celebrating of 100 days journey imbibes inspiration in youths for donating blood. The awareness was given to the students of B.Ed College, Canal road, Jammu. The prominent personalities includes HOD Blood Bank, GMC, Jammu Dr.Meena Sidhu, HOD Government College of Education, Canal road, Dr.Sangeeta Nagari , HOD DIET, Jammu, Roshan Lal and Prof. Sunita (Program officer NSS) Government College Education Canal road Jammu, DIET who have enlightened the students by their thoughts and emphasized the volunteers to continue this journey of helping mankind in future also.
Founder & Initiator of KP Blood Bank, Ashwani Sadhu has appraised the gathering of the latest information and unknown facts relating to blood requirements to the needy people. The voluntary blood donors were also honored by the gracious personalities of the Seminar. They also encouraged volunteers for their selfless services.
