JAMMU, Sept 23: The KP unemployed youth who had appeared for various posts under Prime Minster’s Employment Package held a protest demonstration in front of Press Club here, today against the failure of the Subordinate Service Recruitment Board (SSRB) in releasing the list of selected candidates.
Raising slogans in support of their demands, the candidates demanded that the list be released without further delay. They alleged that the authorities by not releasing the list have added to the problems of the candidates whose Computer Based Test (CBT) has been conducted by SSRB in the month of March and for last six months it has failed to release the list of selected candidates for unknown reasons.
The protestors in an appeal to State Governor, Satya Pal Malik have sought his immediate intervention in the matter and urged him to issue the directives to the concerned authorities to fill up the remaining posts of PM’s package immediately as the package has already been delayed for last 10 years and many youth have turned over age since then.
