JAMMU, Apr 23: In an attempt to find a peaceful alternative solution to the present Kashmir crisis, Kashmiri Pandit Conference (KPC), in core group meeting held here today stated that only viable solution of the problem is re-organisation of the J& K State with separate Kashyap Bhoomi for the community of Kashmiri Pandits.
President KPC Kundan Kashmiri while addressing the Core Group meeting, stated that the peaceful solution of the Kashmir problem is to re-organize the J&K State into four parts, including separate Kashyap Bhoomi for KPs  would be a step towards solving the crisis. ‘The various experiments to solve Kashmir problem have been basically compromised with Muslim communalism. They have failed to create peace and violence continues to dictate the course of political event in the State. The spread of Muslim terrorism all over India will damage secular India with bad consequences and could cause disintegration of the country.
The KPC Chief  described the present State-Centre relations as a part of the “tragedy which people of J&K have been experiencing after the promulgation of the Constitution of India on 26th January, 1950 and questioned the relevance of Article 370 and its  necessity to continue this draconian law in the State.
He demanded uniform Constitution in the country and introduction of fundamental rights to the people residing in J&K as every citizen of India got freedom and has been enjoying the fundamental rights under Chapter-III of the Indian Constitution, why there is no chapter on Human Rights in the Constitution of J&K, Why J&K has separate flag and the Constitution when it forms integral part of India.
Kundan Kashmiri  said that as long as J&K is not reorganized and fundamental rights granted to every Indian citizen residing in J&K, there could be no peace and harmony and claimed  that KPs are principle party of Kashmir imbroglio.
