KPS gives away scholarships to displaced students

JAMMU, Sept 6: The Kashmiri Pandit Sabha (KPS) Ambphalla today gave away the scholarship to students of the internally displaced community under its educational programme activities at a scholarship award programme today.
The function was held in Sabha premises here, today which was chaired by KPS chief, K K Khosa. Padamshree Moti Lal Kemmu was the chief guest on the occasion.
Total 36 migrant students were offered scholarships. M L Bhagati general secretary read the welcome address. He highlighted the educational promotional activities of the Sabha.
K K Khosa exhorted the students to identify the line for future and not to follow rat race of choosing from two to three fields only.
Mr Kemmu said that getting scholarships on merit and to be meritorious is an honour always. A K Braroo, senior vice president of the Sabha proposed the vote of thanks.
