SRINAGAR, Nov 8: Renowned writer and general secretary, Fankar Cultural Organization J&K, Hasrat Gadda has been awarded for his contribution to Kashmiri culture and literature during two days seminar held in Kashmir Department of University of Kashmir.
The seminar which started yesterday concluded today. The seminar on Kashmiri Masnavi was chaired by Dr Shafiq Shoq a renowned scholar and other dignitaries who attended included Rafiq Masudi and Rafiq Raz.
