SRINAGAR, May 15: Centre for Career Planning & Counseling, (CCPC) University of Kashmir organized recruitment drive by HCL Infosystems for the youth of Jammu & Kashmir.
While inaugurating the recruitment drive, Prof Talat Ahmad, Vice Chancellor of University of Kashmir, advised youth to equip themselves with the right kind of skill sets, required to excel in their personal and professional life. He further added that University of Kashmir is working to develop an integrated platform to promote the talent pool of the State.
Prof Shabir Ahmad, Director Career Planning and Counseling University of Kashmir said that surveys have pointed out that there exists a huge gap between what is being taught and what is required by the industry. We all have to work together to fill the gap by taking various initiatives aimed at enhancing the employability of our youth.
