JAMMU, May 7: A delegation of BJP Kashmir Displaced District led by its general secretary Virender Kuchroo today called on Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner, Migrants R K Pandita and discussed various problems of migrants with him.
The delegation demanded that process for recruitment of 3000 KP youth under PM package be started, medical insurance scheme for displaced Pandits be launched as some members of community are suffering from various fatal diseases.
Virender Kuchroo urged the RRC that some concrete steps be taken to redress the long pending issues of the community.
Earlier Mr Kuchroo chaired a meeting of the displaced district in which these problems were discussed threadbare with the members by him.
