SAMBA, Dec 9: MLA Samba, Yash Pal Kundal accompanied by DDC Samba R K Varma and Assistant Commissioner (Rev) M.Y Malik today distributed cheques to the beneficiaries of flood affected families whose houses were damaged during the Monsoon by incessant rainfall/flash floods at Samlah.
While addressing the gathering, Kundal said that main objective of organizing this camp is to provide help to the beneficiaries at the door step without facing any difficulty. He also appreciated the work of district administration of Samba in preparing relief cases by framing various committees by the District Development Commissioner, Samba.
Earlier, Assistant Commissioner (Rev) M.Y Malik also spoke on the occasion and briefed about the relief camps organized by the administration.
