JAMMU, June 15: B R Kundal MLC and senior Congress leader inaugurated newly constructed lanes/drains in village Bhou out of CDF at the cost of Rs 5.75 lakh in the presence of villagers today.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Kundal explained the legal and constitutional position of Article 370 of Indian Constitution and provisions of the State Constitution. After explaining the position as it exists, he stated that abrogation of said article is nearly impossible. Participants heard it in rapt silence / attention and many doubts of the participants were also cleared.
Present on the occasion besides residents of village Bhou and adjoining areas, were Sarpanch Kishore Kumar, Sarpanch Ravinder Singh, Sarpanch B D Gorkha, Sarpanch Raj Paul, Sarpanch Bahadur Chand, Naib Sarpanch Ashok Salaria, S Gurbachan Singh, Darshan Lal president Kalali Tibba, Harbans Lal Chairman Coordination Committee RS Pura.
