SAMBA, Apr 4: A laborer was run over by a speeding truck at National Highway Chechi Mata near here today. He was identified as Farooq Ahmed of Kishtwar who was putting up at Nandni at present.
Farooq was crossing the road when a speedy truck hit him causing his instant death.
He was rushed to Sub-district Hospital Samba for postmortem. The Samba Police has registered a case.
