KATHUA, July 22: A laborer received severe burn injuries in Chenab Textile Mills, Kathua during the working hours this evening. The injured laborer was identified as Durga Kumar, son of Dineshwer Parshed of Bihar. He was admitted in GMC Kathua in a critical condition.
His family members said that the injured was working in Dye Unit of CTM Kathua. When he was loading the chemical in boiler machine, suddenly the water boiled out and engulfed the laborer. He was shifted to GMC Kathua and is undergoing treatment there. Kathua police has started investigation into the matter.
