KATHUA, June 12: A labourer today died after receiving an electric shock at his residence and another was seriously injured in Phouate village falling under the jurisdiction of Kathua Police Station.
According to a police spokesperson, the deceased was identified as Ravinder Paswan of Bihar at present Phouate in Kathua.
The injured was admitted in District Hospital, Kathua.
A case in this regard has been registered at Kathua Police Station and investigations started.
