RAMBAN, Mar 28: A 24 years old labourer engaged by construction company Gammon India died due to fall from flyover construction site here in the town today.
Police sources said the labourer was engaged by Gammon India on 1.6 km long under construction flyover.
The deceased has been identified as Suresh Kumar, son of Arjun Singh, resident of Moulsi, Chanderkote.
After conducting post-mortem and other legal formalities at District Hospital, Ramban body of the deceased was handed over to his relatives for last rites.
SHO Police Station Ramban, Inspector Anil Chowdary said that a case under relevant sections of law has been registered at Police Station Ramban and investigations started.
