SRINAGAR, Oct 28: A labourer, Shard Paul Basi, 60, son of Chamba Basi of Barelli, Uttar Pradesh, was found dead at Ichgam in district Budgam.
Police has initiated inquest proceedings under Section 174 CrPC to ascertain the cause of his death.
