JAMMU, Nov 13: The dead body of a labourer was today found hanging at his rented accommodation in the jurisdiction of Police Post Canal Road.
“Identified as Mohit (23) son of Maniram and resident of Chattisgarh, the body of the labourer was found hanging this afternoon in one of the rooms of his rented accommodation at Rajinder Nagar (Jammu),” Police sources said.
They said the body of the deceased was shifted to mortuary room of Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for postmortem while inquest proceedings in this connection were initiated by Canal Police.
