JAMMU, May 26: Amidst heightened tension between Sino-Indian troops in Eastern Ladakh, Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh Radha Krishna Mathur today met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi and briefed him on the situation prevailing along Line of Actual Control (LAC) with China.
Mathur is also scheduled to meet Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Home Minister Amit Shah in next couple of days.
Though there was no official word on the Modi-Mathur meeting, the Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh is understood to have given detailed briefing to the Prime Minister on the LAC situation in Eastern Ladakh.
