LEH, Oct 3: The Union Territory of Ladakh administration has ordered an intensive house-to-house survey from October 5 in view of number of COVID deaths and cases.
“The survey will be conducted every week. The CMOs of the two districts (Leh and Kargil) will be Nodal Officers for the survey. They will send weekly block-wise Action Taken Report (ATR) of their districts and number of suspected cases identified to the Under Secretary Health and Medical Education,” an order issued by the administration said.
