RAMBAN, May 31: Police arrested a lady along with 505 grams of cannabis here today, a police official said.
The lady has been identified as Rukaya Begum, wife of Mushtaq Ahmed of Faiz Abad Natipora Srinagar.
A case under FIR Number 59/17 under Section 8/20 NDPS Act has been registered at Ramban police station and investigation started.
Police team led by Incharge SHO Ramban Naveen Angral and assisted by SI Amdullah made the arrest under the supervision of DySP Headquarters Ramban Imtiaz Ahmed, Additional SP Ramban Mushtaq Ahmed Choudhary and SSP Ramban Mohan Lal.
