JAMMU, Nov 26: Bagh-e-Bahu Police arrested a lady drug peddler and recovered 32 grams heroin from his possession.
As per police sources, on specific information a team from Police Station Bagh-e-Bahu led by SHO Inspector Kirti Sharma laid a naka and apprehended a lady drug peddler along with 32 grams.
The arrested person was identified as Anita Devi, wife of Yash Pal, a resident of Talab Tillo, at present Qasim Nagar District Jammu.
A case under FIR Number 100/2021 under Section 8/21/22 NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Bagh-e-Bahu and investigation started.
The overall arrest and recovery was made under the supervision of SDPO East Sajad Sarwar.
