* Demands CBI probe into Rassana case

KATHUA, Apr 22: Continuing his campaign in demanding CBI enquiry into Rassana kidnapping and murder case, former Forest Minister and senior BJP leader Ch Lal Singh garnered massive public support while taking out large rally from Dayalachak to Billawar in district Kathua today.
A two times MP from Kathua-Udhampur-Doda Lok Sabha constituency, Ch Lal Singh addressed wayside public rallies from Dayalachak, Katli, Dinga Amb, Galak, Challan, Nagrota, Tharaklwal, Gurah Kalyal, Dramni, Mandli, Dharamkot, Phinter and Billawar.
During the wayside rallies from Dayalachak to Billwar, a large number of locals of each area, extended full support to former minister and demanded CBI enquiry into Rasana murder and kidnapping case of eight- year- old innocent girl to unravel the facts.
The people raised slogans in the support of Ch Lal Singh and said “Choudhary Sahib Aagay Badoo, Hum Aapke Saath Hain” and demanded CBI enquiry into the case.
Ch Lal Singh assured the people of Billawar constituency also assured that the issues of farmers would be redressed on the priority basis like ex-gratia for crop lost, compensation for cattle and other damages.
He said without people support, no issue will be resolved adding that it is time to get united and wage a decisive struggle for own rights and getting resolved all the burning issues. The rally culminated at Billawar with massive public address.
