JAMMU, Nov 8: Janipur Police arrested a landlord for not sharing the details of the tenant.
Acting on the reports, on reliable information, a police team headed by SHO Police Station Janipur Inspector Nayat Ali conducted raid and arrested a landlord identified as Sunil Kumar, son of Kewal Krishan, a resident of Surankote District Poonch, at present Shivalik Puram District Jammu for not sharing the details of the tenant with the police authorities.
In this connection, a case FIR number 117/2021 under Section 188 IPC was registered against the landlord in Police Station Janipur for violating orders of District Magistrate to inform the police before giving on rent any residential complex.
