JAMMU, Feb 25: A delegation of Shri Amarnath Barfani Langars Organisation (SABLO) here today met Anup Kumar Soni, Additional CEO of Shri Amarnath Shrine Board (SASB) and sought permission to organize Bhandaras at different camps during the annual Shri Amarnathji Yatra-2020.
The Additional CEO assured that after scrutiny permissions shall be granted.
The delegation also demanded extension of last date for the receipt of applications by 15 days so as to facilitate the NGOs who could not submit their applications by February 25.
The demand of online registration was reintroduced in the year 2019 on trial basis and SABLO once again demanded to increase the number of pilgrims to 4000 from both sides for online registration.
The delegation was led by Vijay Mehra, SABLO Secretary while Sarv Shri Pawan Saboo from Holy Cave, Tirlok Oberoi from Sheshnag Camp, Harsh Rishi, Coordinator Baltal Holy Cave route and Pankaj Soni, Joint Secretary were also present in it.
