JAMMU, Dec 18: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has approved the Central deputation of Dr Raghav Langer as Director in the Department of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation, Ministry of Jal Shakti, Government of India for a period of two years.
Raghav Langer, IAS officer of Uttarakhand cadre of 2009 batch was earlier posted on deputation to Jammu and Kashmir and held post of Divisional Commissioner Jammu, Secretary Planning, DC Kathua and DC Pulwama.
He is son of the soil.
