Suman Gupta recently finished work in acrylic on canvas and has titled it as ‘The Silent Stream’ and same shall be part of this show. In this art work a beautiful young girl sits peacefully on sand dunes surrounded by a group of deep yellow butterflies near a gently flowing river stream.
The backdrop features a small sandstone hill, while scattered stones and river shells lie on the sand.
The young girl represents innocence, purity and vulnerability, embodying inner peace and connection with nature while the river stream symbolises life’s journey and butterflies signify hope and transformation.
The painting draws inspiration from the interconnectedness of nature and human experience while inviting the viewers to reflect on their own connection with the natural world.
