JAMMU, Sept 2: President of India has appointed two Advocates and one Judicial Officer as Members of the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) Srinagar and Jammu Benches respectively.
According to the order issued by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Advocate M S Latif has been appointed as Judicial Member in the CAT Srinagar Bench while as Sanjeev Gupta, District Judge and Advocate Rajinder Singh Dogra have been appointed as Judicial Members in CAT Jammu Bench.
Their services shall be governed by the provisions of the Tribunals Reforms Act, 2021 and Rules framed there-under as amended from time to time.
