JAMMU, Apr 6: Chairman, Legislative Council, Amrit Malhotra in exercise of powers conferred on him under rule 16 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Council adjourned the House sine-die today.
