JAMMU, Mar 20: The Upper House of the State Legislature today condemned the unruly behavior of BJP MLA Jugal Kishore towards a lady minister in the Lower House.
A resolution in this connection was moved in the House by NC legislator Devinder Singh Rana from National Conference. All the NC members and some from Congress supported the resolution. The chairman admitted the resolution later and the House condemned it in one voice.
