UDHAMPUR, Nov 20: Due to leakage of project canal at village Kawa near Udhampur town, water has entered into houses of some villagers, who held a protest demonstration against the Civil Maintenance Division of PWD.
Almost one feet deep water has accumulated on the road and adjoining agricultural land as well as houses causing damage to the property. However, the villagers alleged, there was no attempt of repairing the damaged canal.
