JAMMU, May 14: Pardeep Singh Rakwal, newly elected provincial president of All J&K Plus Two Lecturers’ Forum met B K Singh Principal Secretary School Education Department.
In the meeting,the result of elections of All J&K Plus Two Lecturer’s Forum (Jammu Province) was handed over to him.Entire election process was explained to him. Various core issues were discussed like, creation of posts of Vice Principals in HSS,non vocation status to the Principals,release of list of Regularisation of pending subjects,provision of transfer policy in SRO 202 , repatriation of Lecturer’s posted in hard zones, enhancement of grade pay in favour of Principals of plus two cadre, induction into KAS after completing 14 years of service,release of pay anomaly in favour of physical education Lecturers ,special incentives to M.Phil,Ph.d and NET/SLET qualified Lecturers and others.
The forum on the behalf of Lecturer fraternity expressed sincere thanks and gratitude to B K Singh for implementing various steps to remove stagnation from the cadre.The Principal Secretary also informed that the Google Link for annual transfer drive for Principals will be released within short span.He suggested that the problems of different districts can be forwarded to him through e-file
