JAMMU, Jan 31: A virtual meeting of In-charge/PSC Lecturers was held in which Amar Nath Thakur, chairman JKSEECC; president +2 In-charge Lecturers Forum, Dr. Mansoor; president PSC Lecturers Association Kashmir, Mohd Rafiq Rather; chairman JKTF and EJAC’s Ravesh Saraf and Shouket Ahmed Kulgami participated.
Non-implementation of order no. 743 of GAD of 2007 by School Education Department while issuing regularization orders was discussed in the meeting.
It was decided that a delegation of PSC Lecturers of Jammu led by Manjit Singh Chib, Rishi Kumar and others would meet Additional Secretary HRM Cell to submit a memorandum within days.
Speakers in the meeting said that Department would not be allowed to implement partial rules as per its choice to benefit the blue eyed people.
They claimed that even directions of R.R Bhatnagar, Advisor to J&K LG and Chief Secretary issued in April 2019 were not implemented.
