JAMMU, Dec 6: A delegation of All J&K Plus-2 Lecturers’ Forum here today called on Director School Education (DSE) Jammu and raised the demands of lecturers.
The delegation was led by Forum President, Deepak Sharma and it apprised the DSE, Anuradha Gupta about the overall scenario of the department and various problems and issues concerning Plus-2 lecturers.
The DSE gave patient hearing to the delegation and said that transparency and efficiency will be the main plank of her administration and there will be disposal of each and every file under rules in crystal clear manner.
She accepted to have an interactive session with the Forum very soon in order to have acquaintance with the department vis-à-vis Plus 2 Cadre.
The delegation demanded time bound promotion in favour of Plus-2 Lecturers, regularization of all in-charge incumbents, revocation of SRO 202 and placement of lecturers in hard areas only for one year to provide staff in the far flung areas.
DSE assured the delegation to project their demands in administrative department.
Narinder Singh Jamwal, Charan Dass, Dr. Sushma, Anil Sharma, R.S Salathia and Pardeep Singh were also present in the delegation.
