Lecturers’ Forum calls on DSEJ, pleads for easing regularization issue

JAMMU, June 9: Rakwal led a delegation of All J&K +2 Lecturers ‘ Forum called on Director School Education Jammu, Ashok Kumar Sharma in his office Chamber and discussed various issues.
The Forum President, Pardeep Singh Rakwal alongwith senior leaders of the Forum including B K Tickoo, Gh Nabi Malik, Ramesh Kumar Padroo, Rajnish Raina, Sudesh Kesar and others comprised the high power delegation that deliberated with the Director on variety of issues of great importance for the officers of +2 cadre and the quality of education to be imparted to the students in the light of NEP 2020.
The Forum pleaded for easing the process of regularization so that DPC is convened before the enforcement of model code of conduct for Assembly elections in J&K.
Responding to the delegation, Ashok Sharma thanked credited the lecturers for putting their great efforts to achieve excellence in the academic activities. On regularization, the Director said that decks would be cleared soon for convening of DPC once Alok Kumar assumes charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, SED.
Later, the delegation also had a detailed discussion with Subah Mehta, Joint Director School Education Jammu, Manisha, Personnel Officer in the Directorate and Dy Director Planning. Deliberations on many issues confronting the officers of +2 cadre took place with the officers in a congenial atmosphere for their time- bound resolution.
