JAMMU, Jan 16: A delegation from Leh comprising Rigzin Spalbar, Chief Executive Councillor of Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC); Nawang Rigzin Jora, MLA, Leh; Deldan Namgil, MLA, Nobra, Narboo Gialchan, MLC and Simrandeep Singh, CEO, LAHDC, called on N.N. Vohra, Governor, at the Raj Bhavan here today.
The members apprised the Governor about the to-date status of the ongoing developmental projects in Leh and the requirement of funds for clearing the pending liabilities on account of infrastructure development and other essential services in Leh.
The Governor emphasized the need for a harmonious prioritization of tourism related infrastructure projects in the entire Ladakh region.
The Legislators also apprised the Governor about other development oriented issues in their constituencies.
